OYS Ottawa is committed to upholding a very high standard of quality for teaching yoga through Orleans Yoga Certification .If you are passionate about Yoga and live or can travel practice Yoga in the the Greater Ottawa Area. We encourage you to pursue this passion and make a professional statement by becoming certified to teach Authentic Yoga by the Ottawa – Orleans Yoga Certification method. This achievement will indicate that you understand and represent the standards for which Orleans Yoga is renowned,and Yoga Alliance has sanctioned.
You can be a Certified and Registered 500 Hour Yoga Teacher! Starting in 2014 Yoga Alliance has changed the designations for 200 and 500 hour certification. Orleans Yoga in accordance with Yoga Alliance presents the RYT300. Eligible for all graduates from any RYT200 Hr program!
Tuition is $2975.00 CND.

This Extensive Yoga Teacher Training is designed to fit into your life while you live your yoga daily. We hold monthly meetings over 1 year. Homework in philosophy and lesson planning is completed in between meetings, as well as asana workshops and classes with approved teachers and OYS Faculty. Join us in this life-changing program, delving deeper than just asana. Take your yoga to a deeper level beyond the basics! Upon completion you are eligible to apply for 500hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Students can enjoy the depth of philosophy and practices included in this 300 Hour Upgrade Teacher Certification program.

Additional requirements: RYT200 hour certification including studies in the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita and Chakras (or you can cover these in the upgrade). Basic Anatomy and Physiology.
