All About OYS

OYS.CA is the online presence of the Orleans Yoga Shala. Located in Orleans, Ontario Canada, the OYS is dedicated to the teachings of a Yogic Lifestyle.

Derek and Angela Kendrick established the OYS with a clear mission of helping the community improve mental and physical well being by providing a positive example of a healthy lifestyle. Both have travelled the world for the past 20 years - learning , practicing and experiencing Yoga with some of Yoga's most respected gurus.

The OYS provides a soothing, oasis-like environment in which to learn and practice Yoga. Join us for regularly scheduled Yoga Classes or Special Events like visiting Gurus(teachers) and Seminars.
